Possible: While it is unlikely to be pregnant if your are having periods, unusual bleeding can be present with pregnancy. Please get yourself a pregnancy test or seek help from a Planned Parenhood office. If your test is negative, then strongly consider a birth control method. This is regulate your cycle and provide other health benefits aside from preventing unwanted pregnancy.

Two periods: If the second "period" was mostly spotting halfway between two regular periods, this might just be ovulatory bleeding/spotting. But it's best to be safe, so a pregnancy test is a good idea.

Depend: If you have unprotected intercourse during the fertility period it could be a sign of pregnancy unless a negative pregnancy test. If you concern for pregnancy, I will suggest to do a pregnancy test with a commercially available OTC kits.

Unlikely: the most common sign of pregnancy is a *missed* period. Getting your period is a good sign that one is not pregnant. If you have irregular menses, check with your pcp or ob re: underlying cause and any need for treatment. review menstrual cycles, pregnancy, contraception (if you are sexually active and do not want to become pregnant), and safe sex practices with your MD.
