Nizoral (ketoconazole) Shampoo: For dandruff? Try Nizoral (ketoconazole) which uses a different ingredient than Selsun Blue or Head and Shoulders. It may even help male pattern baldness.

No selenium sulfide: There are other similar shampoos with different active ingredients. Avoid the selenium found in selsun blue and try Head and Shoulders or Neutrogena Tgel if you have dandruff, or a mild shampoo like dove if you do not.
