Tricky: Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, "Head rush" means different things to different people. To me it is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stendhal_syndrome more commonly lightheadedness which can be from low blood pressure or low blood sugar (each of which have a LOT of causes) dizziness like the room spinning (most often due to inner ear).
