Bubble bath: Bubble bath did not cause a blistery rash. The question is , has your daughter been vaccinated against chicken pox? If yes, then your child may have a viral illness. See your doctor for verification. As an aside bubble bath can uti's in little girls.

Infection/allergy: Blisters are a common symptom of many infectious illnesses, including chickenpox, cold sores, and a skin infection called impetigo. She could have chickenpox. Has she been vaccinated against varicella? If not, has she been exposed? Allergic contact dermatitis caused by an allergy to a chemical (the bubble bath) is also possible. Please take her to her Ped. tomorrow.
