NO best time: Hyperacidity is something from commercials. This does exist but usually associated with stress , caffeine use or sometimes stimulated by cigarettes If you are being treated for this , then there is not best time to drink milk and eat fruit If you feel you need a time the best time might be during breakfast. Milk has been use in the past as a treatment for hyperacidity. Discuss with your doctor .
