Some ideas: Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health. Hormonal changes both expected (still some puberty changes occurring) and unexpected (thyroid, pregnancy, low grade inflammation like from a UTI, etc.) can be present to cause symptoms. BUT, most common (1 in 5 women !) is ..well.... twitchy vessels. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raynaud%27s_phenomenon
