Low Grade: You need to discuss your results with your doctor. A low grade is abnormal and may need further evaluation especially if you also have 16,18 HPV. Further evaluation could be a repeat pap in 6-12 months vs a procedure called colposcopy where your cervix is viewed under magnification. If you have had normal paps the past 5 yrs and no HPV, then the change is gone.
