Breast feeding?: if you are breast feeding, there is a shield you can use till they heal. you can apply lanolin to the breasts but need to wash it off before baby nurses. you can pump the breasts and bottle feed until they heal. if they are red and painful, you may need antibiotics.

You need to be seen: Not knowing more about your situation, I'm wondering if you are breastfeeding? If so then GYN can help make sure you haven't got an infected area. Bag balm and pure lanolin are useful if it is nipple bleeding you are having due to breast feeding. Otherwise there are many possible reasons why you might have scabbing and bleeding breasts, treatment will depend on diagnosis.If severe pain/fever Go2ER
