May be.: If it is directly on your breast, it may not be a skin tag. Skin tags are usually found in folds, such as underneath the breasts, in axilla (armpits), or in the groin. If you have a solitary lesion, and it is getting irritated, bleeding or crusting, it needs to be evaluated by a dermatologist and possibly biopsied and removed.
