How to treat bleeding scabbing breasts?
Small red pin head dots on skin, not raised, painful or itchy and I think they are bleeding under the skin, they are widespread but there is not loads of them in 1 area, largest is 3mm on breast but most are less than 1mm. What is the likely cause?
