Boils: Not necessarily, there are many people who have recurrent boils because they are carriers of MRSA. See your doctor and get tested if you are concerned about HIV.

Not likely: If you worry you have HIV you go get a test. Boils, or other skin infections, are not in any way a sign or symptom of a new or early HIV infection.
