Need to get checked: A health provider needs to look at this rash and do a thorough evaluation to see what you have. It sounds like an infection, but this could be chicken pox or other infections. Not something to try to treat yourself.

Sounds like Staph: Boils, if that is what these are, are generally due to a bacteria, staph aureus. This may need to be treated with antibiotics if there are multiple. See a doctor and get this looked at and diagnosed. It is not probable that this is a manifestation of HIV disease, but since you are concerned about this it sounds as if you are at risk. Everybody should be tested. You can go to health department.
