Be examined: It is difficult to know what to diagnose without an exam. An ultrasound may be helpful. Have your doctor or urgent care center assess you for further management.

Lipoma: Many possibilities, I would not hesitate to be seen for an accurate diagnosis. Among the more common causes us a lipoma, which is a benign tumor made of subcutaneous fat that is fairly common in that area.
