Decrease carbs: You really want to stay away from carbs from processed and pre-packages foods. Concentrate on eating fresh fruits and vegetables as side dishes to lean meat, chicken / turkey or fish (not breaded or fried).

Depends: It depends on age, health, sex, activity levels, & diabetes. You're a female in your 20s, so most nutritionists would say that you can have 45-60 grams of carb per meal. You can aim lower if you're trying to lose weight, but then you might have to watch for ketosis (ketones in your urine). And eat healthy carbs (veggies) and avoid processed foods. If diabetic, use your fingersticks to guide you
