2wks late and neg preg test. same thing happened with my first 2 pregnancies, but this time i see blood when i wipe. could i be pregnant and bleeding?

Time will tell: Not a great answer, I know, but you can have some spotting with implantation of a fertilized egg, but of course, you could have some bleeding with a rejected egg as well. Pregnancy tests can be very good at detecting early, but they still have a decent false negative rate. Best strategy I can tell you is to wait and watch - preg test should pick it up soon.
