Unlikely: The blood tests are very accurate so it's unlikely (though possible - but you would need to be very very early). Pregnancy symptoms are non-specific, meaning they are the same symptoms experienced with many different conditions (cramping, fatigue, nausea, - ovarian cysts can cause, GI problems can cause these, etc.). So the symptoms are suggestive, but not reliable in determining pregnancy.
