Primary Care: You have a primary care problem. Not an emergency. Please go see your family doctor. That is their job. To figure these problems out.

Many causes: There are many causes of abdominal pain, some are simply annoying, like constipation, others can be deadly. CT &lab tests find most of the dangerous causes, but there are some things that require other types of tests. Irritable bowel won't show up on CT. Spinal nerve irritation won't either. Constipation is often ignored on CT reports, but commonly causes flank pain. Ask your doc about next steps.
