Taking care w/ baby: Given that you have a baby-on-board, I would be proactive about getting you treated. You should go to the doc and get a diagnosis for the diarrheal illness. With some history, exam and lab tests, there should be some 'road map' to follow. Pregnancy causes your immune system to weaken, and you don't want things to get out of hand.
