Most of my eyes are white, but when i pull my eyelid down its slightly yellow, it seems to always have had this tinge, im wondering, is it always a sign of liver damage?

No: If the entire white of your eye is yellow it may indicate jaundice which can be symptomatic of liver disease. The eye socket has numerous projections of orbital fat which protects the eye from hitting the bone when you move your head rapidly. This fat is yellowl.
