Calories in vs used: If the soda you are drinking isn't increasing your calories above that which you expend with daily activity, then you will not gain weight. Even though you are not gaining weight, you may want to consider making healthier choices - drinking more water and filling your daily calorie needs with nutritious and vitamin rich foods instead!
