Eyebrow shaved by razor to stitch wound 5 months ago and the hair grow but not thick like before , how long shall i wait for complete grow ?

Eyebrow hair: growth is often reduced after shaving the hair for procedures like the one you had. Most likely, the brow hair won't naturally grow any more than has already taken place. You can try a product called Latisse (bimatoprost) (I have no financial interest in this). This is usually used to help with eyelash growth but can also promote your eyebrow hair to get thicker as well.
