See the Pediatrician: Colic in a newborn needs to be evaluated as it may be a cause of several factors. It may be related to the use of infant formula for example. I would advise against giving any over the counter product on a daily basis unless instructed to do so by your Doctor. Please follow up with the Pediatrician/Family Doctor.

Colic: You can use simethicone drops. I like to give 0.3 ml directly into the mouth before feedings. Yes, they are safe.
