Pain and vomiting: Pain cause large amount of prostaglandins to be released which can cause vomiting as well as diarrhea.

Poor Treatment: Not sure why you would desire to induce vomiting but this old treatment to get rid of poisons but vomiting has since gone of favor. Vomiting can cause damage to the lining of your esophagus and erode the dental enamel if done repeatedly. If you have ingested something undesirable, bringing it back up can cause even worse damage.
