A member asked:

If paracetamol cannot be administered orally or iv then is it feasible to administer it im or s/c? if it it then is there any problem in doing so?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not advisable.: In the US, the equivalent of paracetamol is Tylenol (acetaminophen) which is administered orally, IV and rectally as a suppository. These are the advisable methods of administration since it is mainly absorbed through the gut.
