Hypothy in pregnancy: Hi. Most often hypothyroid women stably replaced with thyroid hormone prior to pregnancy will have to increase their l-thyroxine dose early in the pregnancy. If your doc says your thyroid is OK, that means your thyroid function is within normal limits. It's a reminder that hypothyroidism is not the only cause of fatigue. Good luck with the pregnancy!
