Been having pregnancy like symptoms. Took femara (letrozole) about 3 weeks ago, had blood test for progesterone day 21 level, came back .4 and had ultrasound done which said I ovulated. Could I be pregnant, be having ectopic pregnancy, or miscarrying?

Can letrozole suppress estrogen to where it is undetected and increase FSH to over 60. Always ovulate, no hx of spotting until I took Femara for IUI. Doc tested CD 10 (3 days after last dose), said E2 0 and FSH over 60. ?
My day 21 progesterone level was 16.75 ng/ml after a cycle of femara (letrozole). Does this mean I ovulated or should it be hire since it was a medicated cycle?
