Possible migraine: The two symptoms are probably unrelated, but eye symptoms, like flashing lights, followed by a headache are often ocular migraine. Floaters in a 16 year old are unusual unless you are very near sighted. In any event, you should see an Ophthalmologist to rule out retinal tears or retinal detachment.
