1or 2 days: You will begin to feel better soon but please finish the rx.A big problem we face is the bacteria , exposed to less than a full course of treatment, learn to resist that antibiotic.

STREP TONSILLITIS: Improvement is noted1 to 2 days after start of treatment but rx has to be finished for 10 days to complete cure and avoid recurrence.
