Difficult to say.: Some of that tryptophan will be converted to serotonin. How much depends upon the absorption and breakdown and the bioavailability of the tryptophan. Too much tryptophan can give you serotonergic syndrome at manifesting in stiff muscles elevated temperature elevated heart rate elevated blood pressure and confusion.
