I've been using a wheelchair for the last four years and 4 days ago i noticed that i couldn't breathe when i stand up. what can i do to fix this?

Go to ER: Get the problem evaluated ASAP. See a doctor today or go to the ER. This can be a major issue. People who are wheelchair bound run an increased risk of having a pulmonary embolism (a blood that travels to the lungs). There are, of course, other possible causes but the issue still needs immediate evaluation.
