Unfortunately, None: Like most dangerous diseases and conditions, there are no symptoms in the early stages. However, there can be some characteristic visual changes, but they're often hard for people to see, since they're in the mouth or throat. Any sore that doesn't go away in a couple of weeks needs to be examined. Any area that changes color, itches, bleeds, or becomes raised and/or rough needs to be seen too.
