Yes: Yes, you're probably covered and probably not exposed. I would wash out the wound well and get seen and immunized as soon as you can.

Tetanus Shot: If the wound is not actively bleeding and closes well it likely does not need stitches. There is no need to go to the ER for an immunization. However, please make sure you get a tdap in the morning. Your wound and mechanism of injury put you at risk for tetanus.
