Diaper rash: I like to use either balmex or butt paste. Any cream with zinc oxide to limit the rash getting wet will help.

Diaper ointment: Diaper rash ointment helps but if that does not work, a small amount of yeast cream will help

Could be yeast: If you have tried all the traditional treatments, it could be a yeast rash. Lotrimin (clotrimazole) cream sold over the counter can treat this rash.
