Enteroviral infectio: There is no way in which to predict how severe this is likely to be (or not). The symptoms will depend upon the particular strain of Enterovirus and your immune reactions to it. Good luck and wish you better soon.

Entero virus inf.: Usually it is sfae to say that infections in babies are worse than in adults. The baby dos not have the same ability to fight of infections and generally have a rougher course.. Entero viruses are usually self limiting in adults but in babies it can be quite serious including affecting their heart or brain and various other body systems including the liver or kidney and sometimes can be fatal.

Not necessarily: If your daughter had it and was close with you you are probably right! Headache and fever are expected. Drink lots of fluids, motrin/tylenol are ok for headache, and watch out for stiff or sore neck. Stiff or sore neck warrants an examination by your physician! Good luck!
