Probably: Depending on her type of enterovirus infection, your daughter probably was contagious before her major symptoms developed. She could spread the virus through oral/nasal secretions or loose stools/diarrhea. I would be careful to wash you hands if exposed to body fluids and recognize that she is likely contagious if she is still having fevers. Let your doctor know you are worried about dehydration.

Enterovirus: Most likely the virus was shedding before the symptoms appeared. At this point, good hand washing is best way to avoid spread.
