Fungal Infection: Candidiasis is a fungal infection of the oral cavity. Many things can cause this issue and treatment is usually fairly straightforward. That said, please see your DMD or MD for proper clinical evaluation and treatment.

Oral thrush Tx: With proper medical treatment, most simple thrush infections can be cured in about 7 to 14 days. Most likely the infection may not return as long as you stay healthy and well nourished. Take care.
