Neither do I !!: This is a tough one, but it's probably not related to your heart or lungs. Depends on what you do for exercise, how much and at what intervals. what other problems you may have (arthritis? an old injury? etc) and what medicines you take. Actually, it may be coming from your stomach or neck. But getting better with exercise is a better sign than getting worse with it.

See your Primary doc: Chest pain can indicate a variety of problems. The most serious or life threatening can be related to your heart or lungs. If your pain or pressure in the chest goes away with exercise, it is unlikely to be related to your heart. The cause of your symptoms may be related to muscles, cartilage, bone, lung issues like asthma or pneumonia, or gastrointestinal issues like reflux. Don't self diagnose.
