Birth Control Pill: Ortho Tri-Cyclen is one of the low dose pills and there may not be enough hormone to suppress your ovulation or support the endometrial lining. Missing a pill becomes more critical and makes it more likely for you to get pregnant or have irregular bleeding. If this is the first time on the pill, it will take some time but should be okay after 2-3 months.
