About 2 months ago i tried waxing strips for my underarms. i had this blotchy rash behind my left shoulder and it's only there and is still there?

Need a photo.: I can't think of any way that waxing strips could cause a rash in an area that you did not wax. A photo would be helpful. Does the rash itch? You might try OTC hydrocortisone cream, and if that doesn't help, see a dermatologist and get a precise diagnosis.
