Many options: Use topical benzoyl peroxide and glycolic or salicylic acid washes and solutions or lotions. See a dermatologist for stronger medications that contain retinoids and topical antibiotics. May need oral antibiotics or Accutane for more severe acne. Anti-androgens also help.
