Probably normal: A total T of 330 is in the lower range of normal. It should be repeated in the morning, preferrably fasting, and done in a good lab. It would be helpful to get a "bioavailable T" level and sex hormone binding globulin to take a closer look at why your level is in the lower range of normal. You dont say anything about libido, sex function, or muscle strength, yet these are the major functions of T.

Pooled sample: Hi. You can either repeat the total & free testosterone in multiple samples or do a pooled sample (3 samples from different times, pooled). I'd also get a prolactin. I agree - 330 in an 18 year old sounds kind of low. If you do multiple samples or pooled, you'll get a better sense. Good luck!

Your total : Testosterone is at the low end of normal and it looks like a free level was not checked. I'm not so worried about that because even it it was a bit low would not treat it because could impair fertility later on. Good news is everything else points to normal. Would have likes to see a prolactin . Can they add that to your blood already drawn? At this point would treat erectile dysfunction
