Consider seeing OB: Recommend seeing your OB/GYN and getting a blood/serum HCG test from the doctor's office/lab. With PCOS, due to irregularities in menstrual cycle, it's difficult to "predict" when a patient may get or be pregnant. If unsure, always recheck and see your doctor. OTC pregnancy test/urine tests may lag compared to blood HCG during the early stages of pregnancy.
