Clean with soap and: water. Apply Neosporin ointment. Please go to your doctor tomorrow and get the Tdap Vaccine. You will be fine. Good management of your wound.

Yes Get Tetanus Shot: "Haven't had tetanus shot in >10". You have a minor wound however yes you do need a tetanus shot if greater than 10 yrs since last one. See your doctor as soon as possible for the vaccine.
