Too late for ice: Yoy punched a wall two days ago. It is too late for ice. Try ibuprofen for a week. Over the counter and take it with meals. In the future try to count to ten so you don't punch a wall.

Swollen finger: try keeping hand elevated. Avoid heat to the area. Ask your doctor about taking Aleve (naproxen).

Sure: You can never go wrong having an ailment looked at by a professional. Swelling after a punch is certainly normal though and since you can move it and have no other issues other than swelling, you can try an NSAID and resting it (buddy tape it to the next finger). If it;'s not getting better with that, than see the dr.
