Helpful: A balanced diet is healthful. Specific benefits of Vitamin B's for the nervous system, Vitamin D for memory and mood, and Iodine for Thyroid function are known. Most of these can be met with a multiple vitamin, but usually 2000u D3 will also be needed. Your physician can check your Vitamin D and B12 levels to advise you further. Good Luck.
