More details please: It sounds like you may have had a surgical procedure on your nose. Please tell us what kind of procedure and why you had it. Also how long it has been since the surgery and if you have any other medical problems. More information please! Also, infection, nicotine, some drugs, and an unhealthy diet can delay and/or complicate healing.
