A fair amount: Clearly, the health patterns and lifestyle choices we adopt in our teen years can have both a positive and negative impact towards your middle years health. All of us should strive to make good health choices, specifically, eating healthy, getting sufficient exercise, avoiding drugs, alcohol and smoking, and develop good sleep patterns to name a few.
