Constipation: plenty (5-10 servings) fresh fruits and vegetables daily, fiber supplement or polyethylene glycol like miralax can help. Hope this helps. Best of luck Dr R

Drink more water: And take stool softener such as colace (docusate sodium) or fiber laxative such as senekot twice a day if that doesn't work go to gastrointestinal specialist.

Several things: Besides hydration, you can focus on foods containing magnesium(like almonds, soybeans, cashews) and soluble fiber(like apples, pears, beets, cabbage, carrots, blueberries, oats and barley). You can also supplemental oils like castor to help out. Best of luck.
