Better see doctor: If it is only pink eye and only watery discharge then it may be due to allergy or virus.But if there is greenish yellow discharge from eyes ,that means infection . Either way better see the doctor who can decide what do you have and what medicine you need .

Conjunctivitis: Excellent question! Many in the world have no doctor. One begins with rinsing the eyes to clear away allergens. Next place your face over a bowl of steaming hot water with a towel over your head. Warm compresses also help. Usually clears in a week. Also, dozens of substances are tried ranging from breast milk, raw honey,citrus juice, to diluted hot pepper extract, but not my recommendation.
