Take a shower a day: Everyone has bacteria on their skin and in sweat glands. Most of the time Staphylococcus aureus held in check by immune system.( If you are not diabetic,)organisms can increase in number for lots of reasons. One or two showers a day with any kind of soap decrease the number of bacteria on skin and decrease the infections. One or two doses of an injectable Stapphloccus vaccine (Merck) helpful.
