Yes but why?: You can take 2 Zyrtec (cetirizine) at the same time, but my question to you would be why do you feel the need? If it is for allergic rhinits it may be more helpful to take it once twice a day. If it is for hives/urticaria the dose is sometimes higher.

Zyrtec (cetirizine): Yes, you could but DO NOT it on a regular basis or more than once a day. I personally, do it often when my allergy symptoms are severe

Not recommended: The manufacturer states that 10mg is the maximum dose to be taken at one time, which I believe is one tablet. Is it possible you need to try a different antihistamine for better symptom relief or consider a nasal steroid if you have problems with a runny nose due to your allergies??

The maximum : Dose of Zyrtec (cetirizine) is 10 mg once daily . Unless, you have a 5 mg dose then , yes, you can take 2 (5 mg tablets ) of Zyrtec (cetirizine) at the same time!!!
